We charge a surcharge for neglected fur and difficult behavior.
The prices do not include the demolition price!
Your reservation is only valid if we have confirmed it in some form (e.g. e-mail, telephone)
If it doesn't suit you and you want to cancel the booked appointment, you can only tell us by phone!

If for some reason you cannot be at the venue at the reserved time, please let us know in time! Given that the reorganization takes time, cancellation / change of date is possible free of charge 48 hours before the booked date (only by phone), taking into account the opening hours.
